The accident occurred just before 3 p.m. on Monday afternoon, and the accident site on the E20 at Brännebrona north of Götene was closed.
The stretch is also closed on Tuesday and will remain so all day - according to the forecast until 6 p.m., the police write on their website. Road users are urged to follow designated diversion routes.
