The role as ultimately responsible for Stockholm's public transportation has been tough. Now, Stockholm's traffic region councilor Anton Fendert (Green Party) is leaving the post, he tells Dagens Nyheter.
Fendert has primarily been criticized for the major problems within commuter train traffic and the hijackings of bus traffic in recent years. Now, he regrets not being more receptive to the commuter train staff.

Fendert is now planning to leave politics entirely and instead take an exam in human resources.
