The arena, where the New York Rangers also play NHL ice hockey, has a capacity of approximately 19,800 for basketball games.
The New York Knicks haven't played in the NBA Finals since 1999, and their last title was in 1973. Basketball fans in Manhattan are hoping for another title, 53 years later.
The first two final games will be played in Texas on the nights of June 4 and 6. Games three and four will be played in New York on the nights of June 9 and 11, local time in Sweden.
