The American band Toto is giving a concert at Scandinavium in Gothenburg on February 26 next year.
On stage with them is the singer and musician Christopher Cross, whom they have known for four decades and who became big at the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s with hit songs like "Arthur's theme (Best that you can do)" and "Sailing". The concert will be his first in Sweden.
Toto was formed in Los Angeles in 1977 and consists today of Steve Lukather, Joseph Williams, Greg Phillinganes, Shannon Forrest, John Pierce, Warren Ham, and Dennis Atlas. Among the band's most well-known songs are "Africa" and "Hold the line".
The concert in Gothenburg will be Toto's first performance at Scandinavium in 25 years.
