The parties are to meet to try to agree on a lasting ceasefire after last week's negotiations collapsed.
Following fighting in border areas, the countries agreed on a ceasefire in October. At the time, they also decided to hold follow-up meetings to ensure that the ceasefire was maintained.
The countries, which share a 2,600-kilometer border, have both accused each other of not acting in good faith and have warned each other of resuming fighting if the ceasefire is broken.
