Finland's midfield star Adelina Engman will miss the European Championship in football. This is clear since the former Damallsvenskan player injured herself during the team's last training session before Wednesday evening's premiere against Iceland. It's about an injury in the back of the thigh, according to the Finnish Football Association.
Engman has had an injury-filled career but still managed to make over 90 international matches for Finland. The replacement will be Rosengårds player Anni Hartikainen, 21, who however will not have time to become match-ready for the match against Iceland.
