Actor Aksel Hennie was caught on camera at the trial of Marius Borg Høiby in Oslo last week. Hennie admitted that he was there to “do research” with director Per-Olav Sørensen.
However, he would not confirm any plans for a film about the scandalous bonus prince.
It now emerges that representatives of at least three production companies were present at the trial.
Several books have been written about the case, but no plans for a television series or film about the bonus prince's trial have yet been announced.
