About 5,000 tenant-owner associations fined for late annual reports

The reason is that they did not submit their annual report on time, that is, no later than seven months after the end of the financial year, Borätt Forum writes.

The fee is SEK 7,500.

The rule and penalty are new this year. If there is a further delay, the fee will be increased. If the association has not submitted its figures within eleven months of the end of the financial year, liquidation is threatened.
