Åberg slips to tied 22nd after costly third round at St. Jude Championship

After four bogeys and a double bogey, the 26-year-old is now tied for 22nd place.

Going into the third round, Åberg was in fourth place, at seven under par. After a tough third round, he is at 3 under par in total.

The competition's other Swede, Alex Norén, is climbing the leaderboard, however. He made five birdies in the third round and is currently seven under par, which means he is tied for sixth place going into the fourth and decisive round.

American Scottie Scheffler leads the competition at 13 under par, two strokes ahead of compatriot Sam Burns and South Korean Im Sung-jae.
