The stage show combines Mediterranean cuisine, theatre and live music in a restaurant designed to resemble a Greek tavern on the island of Skopelos.
During the evening, an ensemble of 20 musicians and performers will play ABBA hits before the venue is transformed into a 1970s-style disco.
The show premiered at Tyrol in Stockholm in January 2016. Sydney will be the third city to stage it, after Stockholm and London.
Since it premiered in the two cities, the show has had more than 1,500 performances and welcomed a total of 700,000 dinner guests.
Tickets for Sydney go on sale on November 12.
