Abba's "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" Hits One Billion Spotify Streams

Abba's "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A man after midnight)" from 1979 has reached over a billion streams on Spotify. It is the Swedish stars' second song to break the billion mark – in 2023, "Dancing queen" reached the same figures.

According to Spotify, the listening to Abba's music has increased because a younger generation has discovered their songs in recent times.

Over the past five years, Abba's music has increased by 150 percent globally on the streaming service.
