When he was arrested in October last year, he was on his way to Sweden, where he planned to rape three underage girls, reports Århus Stiftstidende.
He was convicted of attempted rape of the girls, who did not in fact exist. The man communicated with a person he believed was the mother of three girls aged five to eleven. In fact, it was an organisation that works to expose paedophiles that he had contact with. He had bought a ticket to Malmö, but was arrested on board the train.
He was also convicted of seven torture-like rapes against his former partner. The verdict has been appealed.
