The detention of the 75-year-old woman who was suspected of murder in Ale on Monday has been lifted, writes the Prosecution Authority in a press release.
The woman was arrested on probable cause suspected of murdering an 80-year-old man. The man was found severely injured and later died of his injuries.
"After investigative measures have been taken, it has been shown that there are no longer any concrete circumstances that suggest that the previously suspected person has committed a crime", says Chief Prosecutor Hans Ihrman in the press release.
