The injured woman, who is in her 50s, contacted police herself shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday. Police also found a man in his 40s lifeless at the scene.
The man was taken to hospital and on Thursday evening news came that he had been pronounced dead.
A 55-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and assault. He is now in custody, police said on their website.
