The police are also deploying armored vehicles, police horses, dogs, drones, and helicopters to avoid clashes between the two demonstrations.
One protest is organized by supporters of right-wing extremist activist Tommy Robinson under the slogan “Unite the Kingdom.” The other march is organized in memory of the displacement of Palestinians and as a protest against the war in Gaza.
The British government has also prevented eleven foreign nationals from entering the country to attend Robinson's demonstration.
