Yesterday (December 29), Lebanese authorities officially confirmed that he is dead. He is said to have died on Christmas Day, prosecutor Magnus Pettersson told the newspaper.
It was on July 14 last year that two people were found dead in a burned-out car in an industrial area in Malmö. Shortly afterwards, two Britons were reported missing in Sweden.
A month later, the prosecutor announced that the two Britons had been the ones found in the burned-out car.
