The men were shot several times in the head on the night of August 25 last year.
"Based on the aggravating circumstances that existed during the murders, which can most closely be described as pure executions, the penalty has been set at life imprisonment," says Councilor Fredrik Öberg in a comment.
The shooting is linked to a conflict between criminal networks in the Stockholm area.
The 24-year-old was sentenced in March this year to 12 years in prison for attempted murder after a shooting in Huddinge three days after the double murder, according to Mitti.
