An 18-year-old man has been sentenced to 14 years and 4 months in prison for murder. He fired at least nine shots at the victim, four at close range, as the victim lay injured on the ground.
The victim, who was in his 20s, was filmed after the murder. The footage was later shared on Snapchat.
Two others, a 25-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman, were charged with aiding and abetting. The woman was acquitted while the man was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison for aggravated protection of a criminal.
According to the district court, it is clear that the 25-year-old filmed the man and that he took the victim's cell phone after the murder, but the court said this was not enough to convict him of aiding and abetting.
The murder took place at 7 p.m. in the Årby district on April 27 and several children witnessed the incident.
