A man in his 30s lost his life and a teenage boy was arrested in close proximity to the murder. The police have stated that both have connections to the criminal environment in the southern region.
The alarm about the shooting came at 18:24 on Tuesday evening and just four minutes later, the 17-year-old suspect was arrested. He has denied the crime.
According to witnesses, two people were seen running from the scene after the shots were fired, and the police are seeking more involved individuals, but currently, there are no others in custody.
A large number of people were in the area and many of them have been heard as witnesses. Additionally, there are many surveillance cameras at the scene.
The detention hearing will be held at Lund District Court on Friday afternoon.
