16-year-old Palestinian killed by Israeli forces in West Bank

The teenager, according to the Israeli military, threw stones at Israeli vehicles, Haaretz reports. The teenager's remains are reportedly being held by the Israeli army.

On Thursday, Jerusalem Day was celebrated, which commemorates Israel's capture of the city in the 1967 war. Tens of thousands of Israelis marched through the city, shouting, among other things, "Death to Arabs."

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said on Thursday that it is time to blur the boundaries between Areas A, B and C, The Times of Israel reports.

The areas were defined after the Oslo Accords in the 1990s. Area C has been under Israeli control, Area B under Palestinian civil control and Israeli security control, and Area A under complete Palestinian control.
