The lawsuit states that the boy has committed to taking the lives of two people. He has received instructions from a client about which places he should visit and he has been given pictures of the people who were to be killed.
On September 14, he also went to a restaurant run by one of the two people, armed with a firearm, the prosecutor writes.
The boy has denied the crime during questioning.
