A 19-year-old man is sentenced to 16 years in prison for an attempted murder in Malmö. The attempted murder was execution-like, writes Malmö District Court in a press release.
A man was shot with multiple bullets outside his home in the Gullvik district on March 12 last year. The investigation has shown that the 19-year-old had arranged to meet him at his residence.
A film from the event shows how a person on an electric scooter arrives at the scene, greets the man, and then, when the man turns his back and starts walking towards his home, fires several shots at his back. The court has concluded that it is established beyond all reasonable doubt that the person on the electric scooter was the 19-year-old.
