In early April, a 15-year-old boy was arrested with ten hand grenades in his backpack in the Western Port of Malmö. He, and two boys of the same age, have been sentenced to youth supervision and youth care, reports Sydsvenskan.

They planned to transport the hand grenades from Skåne to Gothenburg, writes Göteborgs-Posten .

The boy with the hand grenades is sentenced to one year of youth supervision for a particularly serious violation of the Flammable and Explosive Goods Act, while his two friends are sentenced to youth care for aiding and abetting the same crime.

At the same time, a 25-year-old gang member from Gothenburg is also convicted of recruiting the boys. The District Court sentences him to four years in prison for, among other things, involving a minor in crime.
