The girl was sentenced to seven months' youth supervision for child rape. She must also pay 290,000 kronor in damages to the boy.
The girl and the boy had a friendship. On two occasions, she allegedly forced him to perform oral sex. During questioning, the girl claimed there was never any coercion, according to Smålands-Tidningen.
In its judgment, the district court took into account the girl's young age and that she is considered to have special care needs.
