According to the ruling issued by Ystad District Court, the image depicts a naked girl in puberty, posing in a sexual manner. The boy downloaded the image from a group on the social media app Snapchat.
The boy, who was sentenced to a daily fine, denies the crime and says that he downloaded several images without looking at them.
