The alarm was received at 10:27 p.m., and police conducted an extensive operation in the area late Sunday night. Overnight into Monday, police arrested a 15-year-old boy who is now being held by prosecutors.
No one was injured in the explosion, which occurred at a gate.
The incident is being investigated as posing a danger to the public and as a serious violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
