The loan is enough to pay most of Guif's remaining tax debt of 1.82 million, SVT reports.
"The association still faces major challenges and will need to continue working hard on finances, organization and long-term sustainability," Guif writes in a press release.
Guif has previously withdrawn from the men's top league ahead of the upcoming season.
