A minibus and a pickup have collided in South Africa in the middle of the night and 15 people have died.
The accident occurred during the night to Sunday, in the countryside in the Eastern Cape Province in the southeastern part of the country. 14 of the people who died were in the minibus at the time of the collision, and the 15th fatality was the driver of the other vehicle.
It will be investigated further how the accident could occur, says a high-ranking traffic official in the province to local media.
