A man in his 30s is charged with leading the operation. Six people are charged with possessing large quantities of drugs, while the others are suspected of receiving large sums of money from the operation, among other things.
"It is a very extensive preliminary investigation in which the police have managed to identify a large number of people who have had various roles within the operation," senior prosecutor Tobias Lindblom and prosecutor's accountant Johanna Junker-Juhasz said in a press release.
The investigation has resulted in the seizure of, among other things, 25 kilograms of cannabis, 420 grams of cocaine and 6,500 tramadol tablets.
