A man was hit by three bullets when he was shot at a playground in Norrköping in September last year. The boy was arrested a month later after an attempted murder at a gym in the city.
The boy who confessed to the murder was found guilty of murder, attempted murder, aggravated weapons offenses, arson and drug offenses. Another 14-year-old boy was also found guilty of accessory to murder.
The district court also acquitted a 17-year-old of attempted murder, and a 15-year-old who was found guilty of a weapons offense was given youth care, writes SVT Öst.
