He fired several shots at the target, a man in his 25s. One shot hit the thigh. The victim was taken to hospital and survived.
The 19-year-old was later arrested at a train station. He has admitted to firing the shots, but says there was no intent to kill.
The district court doesn't believe him and convicts him of attempted murder and aggravated weapons offenses. He is sentenced to 14 years in prison.
