Thirteen people have now been served suspicion of crime after the raid regarding suspected insider crime that was made earlier in the week, writes the Economic Crime Authority in a press release.

The nine suspects who have been detained in the case have been released but the suspicions remain. They were arrested in a dawn raid at their homes on Tuesday.

"I have decided to release the nine people who have been detained because they are no longer considered to be able to hinder the investigation to such an extent that deprivation of liberty is proportionate. Therefore, there is no reason to detain them", says Jonas Myrdal, acting deputy chief prosecutor and leader of the preliminary investigation at the Economic Crime Authority in a press release.

According to the Economic Crime Authority, the suspicions, on the other hand, "to some extent have been strengthened".

The crime suspicions include, among other things, extensive stock trading during the period 2024–2025. According to the authority, the suspects have earned around 70 million kronor in connection with bids on the two companies Thetys Oil and Fortnox.
