Russian authorities reported that 13 people were injured in a Ukrainian attack on residential buildings in the border city of Bryansk.
Two apartment buildings were reportedly hit in the attack. At least one of the injured is said to be a child.
Meanwhile, Moscow's mayor says that at least three drones heading towards the capital have been shot down.
In Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, at least two people have been injured after an apartment building was hit in a Russian attack, the region's governor, Oleksandr Hanzha, said on Telegram.
Ukraine declared a 24-hour, unilateral ceasefire at midnight on Wednesday. Russia has declared a ceasefire for Friday and Saturday ahead of the annual Victory Day celebrations.
