13 suspected cartel members have been killed in a shootout with police in Sinaloa, Mexico.
According to Mexican authorities, the shooting broke out after patrolling police in Guasave were fired upon by people hiding under a bridge.
Four people were arrested and nine people held captive by the group were freed.
