The site 1177 will introduce more opportunities for users to compare health centers, among other things based on patient satisfaction, reports Dagens Medicin.

The changes will come into effect from this Wednesday.

The function "Find care", which already exists on the site, will be expanded with more parameters than what exists now.

In addition to name, care type and geography, one will get more information about e-services, form of ownership and evening opening hours - but also information about patient satisfaction from the national patient survey.

Some of the information is reported by the health centers themselves via their so-called "contact cards". And if a clinic does not update its information, it can mean that they do not appear on filtered lists.

It will really be a carrot to make sure to keep their contact cards updated, says Christine Lorne (C), regional councilor and chairman of the primary care board in the Stockholm Region, to Dagens Medicin.
