113 Killed in Gaza in Last 24 Hours Amid Ongoing Conflict

According to the Hamas-controlled health authority in Gaza, at least 113 people have been killed by Israeli military in the last 24 hours, reports Haaretz.

Of these, 33 people are said to have been killed in connection with their attempts to get food or other humanitarian aid.

On Wednesday morning, The Guardian reported that at least nine people, including five children, were killed in an Israeli attack when they were fetching water in al-Mawasi, the area in southern Gaza that Israel has designated as a "safe zone".

According to the Health Authority in Gaza, six people, including one child, have died of starvation or malnutrition in the last 24 hours. Since the war broke out, it is now reported that 367 people have starved to death in Gaza.

Over 300 people are reported to have been injured in the last 24 hours, of which 141 in connection with seeking humanitarian aid.
