This involves two aggravated child rapes, 15 rapes and almost 300 other serious sexual crimes and child pornography crimes.
"It's not just a lot of serious crimes. The crimes have harmed as many as 21 children and young people during a time in their lives when they are forming their image of human relationships and their sexuality. They have been committed systematically, and several of the children and young people have been subjected to very degrading treatment," says councilor Ulf Ahlström in a press release.
