Two wolves, a male and a female, were shot in Eidskog on January 6 and 7 last year. Ten people were arrested on suspicion of illegal hunting.
The group, which is called the "hunting mafia" in Norwegian media, has been convicted of tracking wolves and lynxes and carrying out coordinated hunting near the Swedish border.
Nine of the men were convicted of participating in the hunt, one of them as an accessory, reports NRK.
The Economic Crimes Agency, Økokrim, had requested prison sentences of between 120 days and two years for the defendants.
In court, the hunters claimed that they had hunted foxes and had not organised themselves to hunt wolves.
