Several people have reported hearing a loud bang in a residential area in central Katrineholm. The police are quickly on the scene and can confirm that something has exploded near a residential house and caused some damage to the facade and a window has been smashed.

No person has been physically injured. The police have several patrols on the scene and there are also several witnesses who are to be questioned.

22:36 A person, a boy under 18, has been arrested. The legal situation is currently gross destruction of property. The crime scene is cordoned off and a technical investigation is to be carried out. There is no danger to the public.
