Good morning! During the night between Friday and Saturday, the regional police headquarters east handled a hundred and twenty cases related to Södermanland County. This has included among other things, checks of people and vehicles, handling of traffic accidents related to wildlife, as well as work to create a sense of security and assistance with other blue light activities. 

00:48, Fraud, Vingåker 
Police are called to Vingåker due to several people allegedly refusing to pay for a taxi ride.  The people left the location and the police searched the area for them during the evening without finding them. The case will be investigated further and there is no further information at present. The incident is classified as fraud. 

02:34, Assault, Gnesta 
A person is reported to have been assaulted in the central parts of Gnesta during the night. The person received some injuries and was checked by medical personnel. The assault is assessed to be of a normal degree. The circumstances surrounding the incident will be investigated.
