Reports are coming in about a man in the city center who has been wielding a weapon for a while before putting it in his bag.

The police go out and the man, who is in his 45s, is found and taken in for a blood test as there is suspicion that he is under the influence of narcotics. The blood test's results will show if he had any illicit substances in his body.

An application for a serious crime against the knife law is to be drawn up and the case will be handled with the faster prosecution method.
