4:13 PM Police and ambulance are called to Klostergatan in Jönköping as a pedestrian is believed to have been struck by a driver at low speed.

4:47 PM The struck man, aged 65, is reportedly awake and able to speak, but will be taken to hospital by ambulance for further examination.

At present, it is unclear how the accident occurred and the police have not yet spoken to all parties involved. A report is being prepared to further investigate the accident.
