The occurrence of boat motor thefts has already affected Västmanland to a greater extent in recent times.

Now the police suspect that the organized theft gangs, which are suspected of being behind the thefts, have moved on to Uppsala County.

A number of thefts have already been reported in Uppsala County during the day, and primarily in Enköping, but the police suspect that Uppsala may also be affected.

The police therefore want to urge boat owners in Uppsala County to be vigilant and check their boats.
