During the afternoon, the police are contacted regarding a woman who fell and injured her hand in connection with her stay in Vålådalen, Åre.

The on-duty commanding officer in the North region makes a decision about mountain rescue in accordance with the LSO, the Act on Protection against Accidents. A helicopter is ordered to the scene and at 16:26 they report that they have loaded the woman with her companions. She is to be taken to road ambulance.
