A woman later came home to her and in connection with this visit handed over valuable items which the woman then disappeared with. A report has been filed for fraud. 

This approach, that there is an SMS that claims the victim booked for a lock change, has also been used on other people. In the SMS it says that they should call a specific number if it does not apply. Those who do this are informed that no lock change will take place but that the whole thing is an attempt at fraud. They are also offered to be connected to the police who help with the report. When they get to talk to "the police" the victim is informed that the police have knowledge of who might be behind this and they are urged to hand over gold and valuable items until it calms down.
