The police receive calls about a man who is perceived as being under the influence.

A police patrol has been on the scene and they have met a 30-year-old man who shows clear signs of being under the influence of narcotics.

The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and he is currently suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use and possession of a small amount of suspected narcotics.

He is also suspected of a serious offense against the knife law.
