**Man arrested after theft of a van and break-in at a business
**Just before 23:00, a break-in alarm is received via security guards from a car dealership in Katrineholm. It soon becomes clear that a van is supposed to have disappeared from the business. The security guard who reported the alarm follows the car until the police can take over and follow the suspect. After the driver drove right over a roundabout and was on a pedestrian path, the police patrol stops the vehicle. The driver, a man in his 40s, is arrested on suspicion of theft of a vehicle and theft through break-in. At the car dealership, where the suspect drove through a gate, a cordon has been set up. It becomes clear after initial investigative measures that the man may have been in other businesses, and during the night, information is received that there was also a break-in at another firm in Katrineholm. Several windows were smashed there. This location has also been cordoned off for investigation. Whether the man took any stolen goods is not yet clear.
