The individuals are said to be affected and aggressive. One of them is alleged to have threatened security guards. When the patrol arrives at the scene, one of the individuals, a 35-year-old man, is apprehended according to the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.

The other person, currently unknown, is arrested on suspicion of assault on a public official and unlawful threats.
