It is the driver's responsibility to have passengers under 15 years old in the vehicle who, according to legal provisions, must use a seatbelt and, depending on age/length, also a child seat or special protective arrangement. The driver was reported with a warning, the amount of the fine is 2500: - SEK for the offense concerning the child, as well as the man also having too many passengers in the vehicle, which includes 500:- SEK. Social services will also be informed about the matter.
