A police patrol was waved in by the public regarding an assault that had occurred at City Hall Square. On the scene, a man had struck another person with an object.

At the time of intervention against the suspected person, the man, who is in his 60s, put up resistance. He was consequently, in addition to being suspected of assault, also suspected of violent resistance.

It is unclear if the victim in the assault required hospital care.
